as the name suggests, this nasi lemak is CONFIRM BEST LAH! (or at least one of the best i’ve tried) 🥥🍚 they sell both nasi lemak and bihun siam, and are located in a coffeeshop near kallang. not many people seem to know about this spot yet, so i’d say it’s truly a hidden gem 💎
their sets come with either nasi lemak rice or bihun siam, and there are different variations depending on the meats you choose (berempah chicken or pork belly). the deluxe set comes with 2 HUGE pieces of berempah chicken (wing + thigh) and pork belly, which makes it super protein-packed 🍗🐷
i really loved their chicken omg. it was so flavourful because of the spices used in the marinade! the skin was nicely crisp while the meat stayed extremely juicy 😋 the pork belly strips were sliced quite thin, so they were crispy overall but still really savoury and well-seasoned.
their bihun siam was actually my pick because noodles > rice for me. it was tangy, flavourful and not dry at all, which made it really addictive!! also the portions are HUGE i had to pass some to my friend to help finish hahaha. the nasi lemak rice was really good too, very lemak 🥥 and fluffy 🍚
each set also comes with so many components: half egg, cucumber, peanuts & ikan bilis, meat and carbs, and the price ranges from only $5.50–$8.90. honestly super worth it for the portion and quality! the sambal chilli is POWERFUL too, so you definitely have to add more 🌶️
