I FOUND THE FLUFFIEST FOCACCIA IN SG 🍞😍🥐
📍 little loaf
not kidding, the moment i touched this loaf, i already knew it was gonna be one of the nicest focaccias i’ve tried 😆 it was practically bouncing off my fingers, like a fluffy cloud!!
i tried 3 of her classic flavours: classic seasalt, tomato & herbs, and garlic cheese 🧄🧀🍅
my fav of the lot was definitely the garlic cheese!! it’s basically an elevated garlic bread, with a nicely crisp baked cheese crust on some of the slices, if you’re lucky ;) but the star of the show was defo the texture of the focaccia. it was airy, fluffy and light, while still having that nice chewiness that i love. it was truly the best when eaten fresh on the day itself. even my mum and sister loved it, and they have really high expectations HAHAHA
the tomato & herbs was refreshing, with tanginess and sweetness from the cherry tomatoes that literally pop in your mouth 🍅 for a milder option that’s great as a sandwich base, go for the classic seasalt one! simple but really lets the focaccia itself shine ✨
overall, if you’re a fan of focaccia, you’ve got to try this homebaker out. her focaccias are legit one of da best i’ve had in sg, and my family and friends can attest to it 😆
As someone who enjoys exploring artisanal breads, finding Little Loaf's focaccia was a real treat. The texture truly stood out—light and fluffy yet with the perfect chewiness that's so essential in a good focaccia. What I particularly appreciated was how each flavor offered a distinct experience. The garlic cheese version, with its amazing baked cheese crust glazed with garlic butter, felt like a gourmet upgrade to traditional garlic bread. When lucky, you get those cheese-stuffed bites that add an extra punch of flavor. The tomato & herbs was a refreshing option, balancing the tangy sweetness of cherry tomatoes that literally burst in your mouth. It made a great light sandwich base or snack on its own. If you prefer something simpler, the classic seasalt variant lets the bread's quality shine through with its subtle seasoning. From my experience, freshness makes all the difference; eating the focaccia the same day it was baked brings out its best texture and taste. This homebaker really knows how to create a product that strikes a balance between fluffy softness and satisfying chewiness, which can be rare to find. Plus, the visual appeal of those golden crusts and the aroma of garlic and herbs makes it hard to resist. For anyone in Singapore looking to enjoy authentic focaccia that feels homemade yet refined, Little Loaf is definitely worth trying. It’s perfect for sharing with family, as mine were equally impressed despite being picky eaters. Whether as part of a casual meal, a sandwich ingredient, or a flavorful snack, these focaccias offer a delightful culinary experience that stays true to classic Italian baking with a personal touch.
