Healing isn’t always pretty 🌙

From my experience, healing unfolds unevenly—there are nights when tears come easily, reflecting pain or loss, and nights when you feel a quiet strength as you acknowledge how far you've come. It’s important to allow yourself the grace to embrace whatever you’re feeling at the moment. Some nights, I sit quietly, recognizing that I have outgrown old versions of myself and that growth often means stepping away from comfort zones and even people who no longer serve your well-being. Protecting your energy during this process is crucial; choosing peace over chaos helps foster the growth you desire. I've learned that healing also involves accepting that you are both a masterpiece and a work in progress. You don’t need to have everything figured out to be worthy—you are evolving, still becoming everything you prayed for. Taking time for self-reflection, especially late at night, can bring clarity and appreciation for the resilience you've built through difficult times. Remember, growth is not linear. Some days and nights feel like setbacks, but they’re part of the journey. Be patient with yourself, protect your mental space, and know that healing isn’t always pretty—but it is powerful and transformative.
