Probably not! No worries, here’s my simple and delicious recipe to follow so that you can taste the magic of Christmas in these Eggnog Cookies.
Eggnog Cake Mix Cookies w/Vanilla Eggnog Glaze
Cookie Ingredients:
• 1 box Betty Crocker French Vanilla cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons eggnog flavor

For the Eggnog Glaze:
• ⅓ C Betty Crocker Vanilla Glaze, warm (10-15 secs)
• ½ tsp Rum Extract
• 1 tsp Eggnog
• 2 tbsp Powdered Pugar
• Optional: Ground Nutmeg (for sprinkling)
Instructions
Cookies:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix cookie ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate for 5 mins.
3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 8-10 mins. Cool completely.
For the Eggnog Glaze:
1. Warm vanilla frosting for 10-15 secs. Add each of the add’l glaze ingredients. Whisk tigether until smooth.
2. Pour glaze into a sandwich bag, cut a small hole at the tip, and drizzle glaze over one corner of the cookies.
3. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional).
