Cookies & cream protein shake (Kid friendly/reg)
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice
- 2-4 sugar free or low sugar chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 tbsp of nut butter or nut free butter of choice
- 150 grams of yogurt (kid friendly) or 1 scoop of protein powder (regular)
Directions:
1.) add a milk of choice in the blender
2.) add the remaining ingredients
3.) blend until smooth
