S’mores protein shake (Kid friendly or regular)
Ingredients:
- 2 marshmallows or 1 scoop of marshmallow fluff spread
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice
- 1 tbsp of nut butter or nut free butter
- 1 tbsp of coco powder
- 1 sheet of graham cracker or 1 cookie
- 150 grams of yogurt (kid friendly) or 1 scoop of protein powder (regular)
Directions:
1.) add a milk of choice in the blender
2.) add the rest of the ingredients
3.) blend until smooth
