Nutmeg protein baked oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 150 grams of yogurt or 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp of nutmeg
Directions:
1.) preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) add oats, baking powder, and nutmeg to the blender
3.) add yogurt or protein powder and milk of choice
4.) blend until mixed
5.) pour the mixture into an oven safe bowl
6.) bake for 15-20 minutes
