How do you Bloom? 🌸
Bloom energy drinks review 🥤👀
Sometimes I don’t believe they’re healthy!
I don’t even taste the apple cider vinegar 🥰
Raspberry lemon 🍋 + crisp apple 🍎 = yes 👍🏼
I’m not gonna lie… the watermelon 🍉 carried that flavor 🫣 the strawberry 🍓 wasn’t my fave…
But overall? Super light, refreshing, and actually enjoyable
I’d still grab them again 🫶🏼 curious what other flavors they have and if any are better than these 👀 might try more soon stay tuned📽️🎞️

It's so easy to grab a drink when you're out and about, but finding genuinely healthy beverages can sometimes feel like a quest! I know I'm always looking for something that tastes good but also makes me feel good. That’s why I was so curious about Bloom energy drinks, especially hearing they were supposed to be 'light, refreshing, and enjoyable.' I tried the Raspberry Lemon and Crisp Apple, and they certainly delivered on the refreshing front! However, like many of you, I often wonder about the true health benefits behind these trendy sips. Do they really count as a 'healthy beverage' option when I'm trying to make better choices? When I'm trying to pick a healthy drink, I often think about what my body really needs. Hydration is key, of course, but sometimes plain water just doesn't cut it. That's when I start looking for options that add a little something extra without packing in unnecessary sugars or artificial ingredients. For instance, have you ever tried infusing your water? It's super simple and makes a huge difference. I love adding cucumber and mint for a spa-like feel, or some slices of lemon and berries for a fruity kick. It’s a fantastic way to boost your water intake without any calories or artificial sweeteners. Another go-to for me is herbal tea. There are so many varieties, from calming chamomile to invigorating peppermint. Green tea is another powerhouse; it’s loaded with antioxidants and can even give you a gentle energy boost without the jitters you sometimes get from other energy drinks. I’ve found that a warm cup of green tea in the afternoon is a perfect pick-me-up. For those times when I crave something fruity, I try to lean towards homemade smoothies. That way, I control exactly what goes in. Blending fresh or frozen fruits with a handful of spinach (you won't even taste it!), a scoop of protein powder, and some unsweetened almond milk creates a really satisfying and nutrient-packed meal or snack. It’s a far cry from many store-bought fruit juices, which can often be surprisingly high in added sugars. When I do buy juice, I always look for 100% fruit juice, and I try to dilute it with water to cut down on the sugar content. And then there's kombucha! I've been experimenting with different brands and flavors, and it’s a great option if you're looking for something fizzy with probiotic benefits. Just be sure to check the sugar content, as some brands can be quite high. I find the ginger or berry flavors really hit the spot. So, while a Bloom energy drink might be a "light, refreshing, and enjoyable" treat now and then, especially with flavors like "Glacier Crush" or "Strawberry Watermelon," it’s good to have a mental checklist for what truly makes a beverage healthy. Look for low sugar, natural ingredients, and functional benefits like hydration or vitamins. Avoiding artificial colors, flavors, and excessive caffeine (unless you specifically need it for a workout) is usually a good rule of thumb. Ultimately, it’s about finding what works best for your body and your lifestyle, ensuring your sips contribute positively to your well-being.
