5 small changes you can make today to get healthier BEFORE the new year.

Workout 20 minutes a day - even a quick walk counts

Drink plenty of water each day - at least 64 oz

Get plenty of rest by going to bed earlier - it’s easy to fall out of this habit so remind yourself

Use a stretching app with different stretches to follow everyday - even a 5-minute daily stretch routine is enough to have benefits to your overall health

Start a clean eating diet - healthy food can taste good too.

I found a stretch app loaded with stretches and routines you can follow that actually is free to use. No trial needed. It’s what I recommend to people. Side note on that stretch app. I’ve been told you can only use the wake up routine. I still use the free version and can do any routine (just one a day is the limit of the free plan). Not sure if it was using the referral code or using it consistently that got me access to any routine. Just trying to be upfront🫶
