How to find gratitude in ordinary moments 🍋?

Finding gratitude in ordinary moments is about developing what neuroscientists call "novelty detection in the familiar":

training your brain to notice the extraordinary hidden within the mundane routines you've stopped seeing.

Some of the prompts come with specific examples I wrote in “Lifelight” 💓. It’s a cute journaling app.

The ordinary moments are where life actually happens, and when you start mining them for gratitude instead of waiting for Instagram-worthy events, you discover that abundance isn't about having special things happen but about recognizing the specialness in what's already happening.
