私も最近、「萩の湯」に訪れてみて、その居心地の良さと充実した設備に感動しました。都内の銭湯にしては広々としていて、炭酸泉は特に気持ちよく、温まった身体がじんわりとほぐれていく感覚を味わえます。サウナは追加料金ですが、それだけの価値は十分にあると感じました。私が行った平日夜は比較的空いていて、ゆったりと利用できました。 炭酸泉→サウナ→水風呂→休憩のサイクルはまさに極上のリラックスタイム。サウナは熱めでしっかり汗をかけますが、息苦しさが少ない点が初心者でも入りやすいと思います。水風呂は冷たすぎず、30秒〜1分浸かるのにちょうど良い深さで、肩までしっかりつかれてリフレッシュできます。そして2階の食事処「こもれび」での休憩も可能なので、長時間滞在しやすいですよ。 また、タオルセットが100円でレンタルできるので、手ぶらでも気軽に利用できるのはありがたいです。夜遅くまで開いているので、仕事の終わりにふらっと寄るのにぴったり。平日夜は人も少 なめで静かですし、ひとりでの利用も多いのでのんびり過ごせます。 一度訪れると、また行きたくなる「萩の湯」。東京都台東区根岸2-13-13の駅近施設なので、鶯谷・上野エリアでコスパ良く銭湯やサウナを満喫したい方には特におすすめです。ぜひ、炭酸泉の気持ち良さとサウナの快適さを体感して、心も体も整えてみてくださいね。
