Day one of me juicing for 30 days

This is a challenging challenge for me. But I am so determined to lose weight and feel healthier. I’ve tried the alkaline watermelon juicing and it was amazing. But I got so small due to the diet. But this time I will remain consistent and keep my weight down. I am 5’6 172 pounds which is considered obese. I’m trying to get down to 150-154 at least and tone up while fasting by doing Pilates and going to the gym for light work. I’m excited but scared to fail. But, thankfully the juicing is keeping me full. Also, I didn’t add any sweetener. Everything is raw. I drink Hot tea around 6:30 then drink water every here or there up until 10 then I have my first prepped juice and again water up until my second juice of the day which I make my last before 5pm and then I am done for the day and only drinking water to stay hydrated until bedtime. Pray for me guys. It’s my second time but with other fruits
