If there’s anything I’ve learned about self love it’s taking moments to slow down and really enjoy things you love. Truly being present in the moment and not just noticing but appreciating the little things ❤️
For me, some of the little things I do that make me feel good are
-Making beautiful drinks for myself.
-Using pretty glasses/dishes with flowers on them.
-Placing my favorite things in the places I’ll be.
-Cooking healthy meals and appreciating where everything came from & making it for myself.
-Decorating with special & important things that make me smile and remind me to be grateful for all that I have and being able to experience this life.
-Also little things that make my heart happy like having tea with the cutest Winnie the Pooh mug in the morning sun 💛
Taking time away from the phone can give you so much more time back than you could have imagined just for even little moments to yourself.
They start to turn into big moments and changing yourself to be aware and notice more and your mindset to truly feeling grateful for everything transforms your thoughts to be more positive everyday.
