Easy sheet pan sausage & veggies!

This is super easy and everyone always loves it! We either pair it with rice or potatoes or mashed potatoes. Love throwing everyone on one pan and it feeds 4 people sometimes even leftovers.

Ingredients:

•Sausage

•Mushroom

•Mini bell peppers

•Onion

•Garlic powder

•Onion powder

•Paprika

•Salt / pepper

•Cayenne or red pepper flakes if you want more spicy

Steps:

•Preheat oven to 400

•Chop veggies & sausage

•Put everything on one pan

•Cover in oil and seasonings and stir it all together until fully covered and mixed

•Bake at 400 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Longer if necessary until the veggies are soft and cooked through

It can depend on the oven sometimes so keep an eye on it at 10 minutes or so if you want.

It could take up to 30 minutes for some.

Enjoy ❤️

Notes:

•You can even add more veggies such as Brussels sprouts, carrots, green beans, and more.

•Any sausage works fine it can be turkey sausage, chicken sausage, andouille, kielbasa

•The mushrooms can make the pan a little juicy so be careful for the pan leaking if it doesn’t have sides

This sausage and veggie recipe is highly versatile; you can customize it to include your favorite vegetables such as Brussels sprouts, carrots, or green beans. The key is to ensure that your veggies are chopped into similar sizes so they cook evenly. Using high-quality sausage, whether it's chicken, turkey, or andouille, will enhance the flavor of your dish. Don't forget to check the temperature of your oven—most should be set at 400°F for the best results. Baking times can vary based on the type of sausage used, so monitor your vegetables at the 10-minute mark to prevent overcooking.
