Overnight oats (my daily non-negotiable snack), pasta for lunch because variety is my love language, and of course… sparkling water — because hydration, but make it bubbly. 🥤

I can’t eat the same meal every day, but I do keep things in a calorie deficit and still delicious. Balance > burnout 💁🏽‍♀️
