HOW OLD IS TOO OLD???
Living on your own is something everyone should get to experience once in their lives.
How old were you when you first moved out on your own? If you haven’t left yet, do you plan on it? Or are you comfortable where you’re at?
Unpopular opinion: Living with your parents/guardians isn’t a bad thing, and shouldn’t be seen as a fault.
I plan to move out this year! Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I want to buy a condo<3

Ultimately, being ready to live independently involves more than just age — it’s about your emotional and financial preparedness, having a stable job, understanding household responsibilities, and feeling confident in your ability to live on your own.
As a mom of a 19 year old. I’m fine with him staying until he can try to afford it as long as he’s progressing his life in some way. If he can’t do it, he can always come home and try again. Forward motion is my only requirement.
