Farm Kale salad: Well dressed the sherry vinaigrette adds a nice touch it gives it a nice tang that plays beautifully with the feta, cranberry and candied almonds. Kale is soaked in the delicious dressing. For the most part I enjoyed the dish.

šNotes: If youāre not a fan of kale then stay away but if you enjoy the earthy flavors and crunch this is the salad for you

Anju veg dumplings: I got my dumplings boiled and Iām glad I did ( s/o to my waiter for suggesting it ). You get 7 dumplings and they are delicious! The teriyaki sauce that is at the bottom of the plate adds a nice flare. They filled the dumplings with love lol wasnāt stingy.

Korean spicy chicken ( sushi roll ): Letās start what ās inside of this roll: chicken thigh, squash, carrot, basil, kimchi, teriyaki and scallions. Itās served with 10 pieces and of course ginger, soy sauce and wasabi. This is spicy ( hence the name ) you get a lot of the filling versus getting a load of rice ( which Iām grateful for ).
āļøOverall rating: 10/10.
šNotes: It is not deep fried! And mix the wasabi in the soy sauce (s/o to Lola for this tip to me)

Estate chicken ramen: Tonkatsu- style broth, marinated soft, boiled egg, seasonal vegetables, shiitake, mushroom, scallion and sesame. Served with a side of SPICY kimchi and seaweed. The presentation is beyond beautiful with all of the vibrant colors from the vegetables. The Ramen is a big bowl, Like perfect this alone could fill you up!
The egg is perfectly cooked, the dish is well seasoned, the broth I would bathe in if I could. This is definitely my favorite part of my meal I would come back just for this!

Cranberry upside down cake: Orange spice cake, cranberry gel, caramelized, white, chocolate crumble, chantilly, cream, and orange supreme. OMG this cake! Itās moist, bursting with bold citrus flavors the cranberry Gel is bright and pairs well with the caramelized white chocolate. Everything on this dish is paired super well, the chef(s) who came up with this knew what they were doing! I donāt know what this white cream is at the bottom of my plate but it helps cut some of the tartness of the cranberry.

The atmosphere here is Elegance without the pretentiousness. My experience here has been outstanding, marvelous and rewarding. The amount of care that is put into each dish is out of this world. Also, i have to say the staff here are extremely friendly and observant they waited on everyone hand and foot. Today I had 2 appetizers, two non-alcoholic drinks, two main dishes and a dessert all under $90! The portion sizes are FULL sized and they arenāt greedy with the spices and you best your food will be beautifully decorated!
Tips: They will box and bag your food for you. Also they offer a āchefās tastingā which consists of a 5 course meal! You can also add a wine pairing with it!
