Wellness Habits
🌷 Habit 1: Staying Sober
🌷 How It Helps Me: Keeps my mind calm, clear, and keeps my life in order. I had a serious problem and it’s something I’m proud to have overcome. Staying sober everyday isn’t just for people who had a problem, it’s for people who want to make a change!
🌷 Habit 2: Gratitude Journaling
🌷 How It Helps Me: I take 5 minutes every night to write down what/who I am grateful for. It’s science backed to improve your health and mood. It’s been an important addition to my day.
🌷 Habit 3: Skincare Routine
🌷 How It Helps Me: Having nice skin was always something I was insecure about as a child and caused me some serious trauma due to the fact that I didn’t have it and certain comments made by the people in my life. So keeping nice skin is very important to me and also my skins health.
🌷 Habit 4: Drinking More Water
🌷 How It Helps Me: This helps reduce my regular occurring headaches, it also helps my skin stay hydrated.
🌷 Habit 5: Written Planner
🌷 How It Helps Me: I have bad adhd, even with medication I still struggle because it’s not a cure. Writing it down in the morning helps me to remember my day.
🌷 Habit 6: Wake Up Earlier
🌷 How It Helps Me: Watching the sunrise and getting started earlier will always give you more time to get ready for your day.
🌷 Habit 7: Going To Bed Earlier
🌷 How It Helps Me: Keeps me able to wake up early and stay on track. There isn’t a need to stay up late unless you HAVE to.
🌷 Habit 8: Following The Same Sleep Schedule Every Day
🌷 How It Helps Me: Keeping a sleep schedule will keep your body from getting out of whack all the time. You’ll be less groggy, you’ll be able to fall asleep when you want to. You won’t be tired when you don’t want to be. You’ll be able to wake up on time. Having a solid sleep schedule is something that can ONLY benefit you.
