Sobriety recommendations that got me to where I am
Always remember that there is no award for struggling on your own for no reason when trying to get sober. There is literally none. Especially when you've tried and tried before and can't seem to do it. This is what worked for me, and I'm always proud to share my story in hopes that somebody who sees it will be able to get help.

Practicing detachment from toxic relationships and prioritizing connections that uplift and support you is essential for building a healthier mindset. Finding alternative activities that don’t center around alcohol is vital for maintaining sobriety; consider exploring new hobbies or enjoying time spent in nature. Embracing complete sobriety is not only about abstaining from substances but also fostering a lifestyle dedicated to personal growth and well-being.
