หลายคนถามเหมือนกันว่า “เลเซอร์หนวดทำ 2 ครั้งแล้วขนยังขึ้นไหม” จากที่เฟยทำที่ LAB X Clinic รู้สึกว่าผลที่เห็นชัดสุดคือ “ขนขึ้นช้าลงและบางลง” มากกว่าการหายถาวรทันทีนะครับ บางบริเวณใต้คาง/กรอบหน้าที่เคยหนาๆ จะเริ่มดูโล่งขึ้น เวลาเงยหน้าหรือถ่ายรูปจะเห็นว่าหนวดเงาน้อยลง และสิวแถวกรอบหน้าที่เคยขึ้นเพราะขน/การโกนก็มีแนวโน้มลดลงด้วย ก่อนทำแนะนำให้เตรียมตัวนิดนึงเพื่อให้ยิงได้มีประสิทธิภาพและผิวไม่ระคายเคือง: 1) โกนหนวดให้เกลี้ยงก่อนเข้าทำตามเวลาที่คลินิกแนะนำ (ส่วนมากจะให้โกนมาก่อน ไม่ต้องถอน) 2) งดการถอน แว็กซ์ หรือใช้เครื่องถอนขนล่วงหน้า เพราะทำให้รากขนหายไป เลเซอร์จับเป้าได้ยาก 3) ถ้าช่วงนั้นมีสิวอักเสบหนักๆ หรือผิวกำลังลอก/แพ้ง่าย บอกเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนเพื่อปรับระดับพลังงานหรือเลี่ยงบริเวณที่เสี่ยง ระหว่างทำของเฟยจะมีการทาเจลเย็น และใส่แว่นป้องกันแสงเลเซอร์ ความรู้สึกจะออกแนวดีดๆ อุ่นๆ มากกว่า “เจ็บ” แบบทนไม่ได้ (แต่ความรู้สึกขึ้นอยู่กับคนและความหนาแน่นของขนด้วย) จุดที่มักรู้สึกมากหน่อยคือใต้คางหรือเหนือริมฝีปาก เพราะผิวบางและเส้นขนแข็งกว่า หลังทำเลเซอร์หนวด สิ่งที่ช่วยให้ผิวเนียนไวและไม่เห่อคือ 1) ประคบเย็นทันทีถ้ามีแดง/ร้อน 2) ทามอยส์เจอไรเซอร์เยอะๆ เน้นสูตรอ่อนโยน 3) งดถอน/ดึง/โกนแรงๆ ช่วง 3-4 วันแรกตามที่คุณหมอแนะนำ 4) เลี่ยงแดดจัดและทากันแดดสม่ำเสมอ เพราะผิวหลังเลเซอร์ไวต่อแสง 5) ถ้ามีอาการเหมือน “สิวผด/ตุ่มเล็กๆ” หรือขนดูเหมือนดันขึ้นมา ให้ปล่อยให้หลุดเอง อย่าแกะนะครับ เรื่องจำนวนครั้ง ถ้าถามในมุมประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว “2 ครั้ง” เหมาะกับการเริ่มเห็นความเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ถ้าตั้งเป้าให้บางมาก/ขึ้นน้อยระยะยาว ส่วนใหญ่ต้องทำต่อเนื่องหลายครั้งตามรอบขน (แต่ละคนไม่เท่ากัน) ใครกำลังลังเล แนะนำให้ไปปรึกษาที่ LAB X Clinic ก่อน ให้เขาประเมินความหนาแน่นของหนวดและออกแบบคอร์สให้เหมาะ จะคุมงบและเห็นผลชัดกว่าครับ
