When we fall asleep next to someone, 💙

When the mind is confident that we are in a safe place, the body lowers the level of tension, the nervous system associated with rest becomes more active. As a result, we feel warm, comfortable, and truly ready to rest.
And sleep is the most vulnerable of humans. We protect ourselves the least, but if we sleep peacefully on anyone's side, that means the heart has already told us, "This person is our safe space."
So if you have someone who can make you fall asleep without worrying, keep him well, because he can be one of the warmest in your life. 🙂
