- Aya No Mori มีความนัทตี้น้อยมาก และมีความขมนิดๆ เหมาะกับชงกับนมมากกว่าชงแบบ clear

Marukyu Koyamaen ฝาเขียว ♥️♥️

- Wako โทนหญ้าเจียวขจี มีความขมนิดๆ สู้นมแต่ยังเขียวอยู่ ไม่ค่อยเหมาะกับชงแบบ clear เพราะมันไม่กลบความเขียวเลย ส่วนตัวไม่อินกับหญ้า😂

หลายคนที่หา “wako matcha / Marukyu Koyamaen Wako matcha tin” มักอยากรู้ 2 เรื่องคือ กระป๋องนี้รสชาติไปทางไหน และควรเอาไปชงแบบใสหรือชงนมถึงจะอร่อยที่สุด จากที่ลองแนวมัทฉะกระป๋องหลายแบรนด์ สิ่งที่ช่วยตัดสินใจได้ไวคือ “โทนกลิ่นหลัก + ระดับความขม + ความสามารถในการสู้กับนม” ค่ะ 1) Marukyu Koyamaen Wako (กระป๋องฝาเขียว) เหมาะกับใคร? ตัวนี้จะเด่นโทนเขียวๆ แบบหญ้าสด/สาหร่ายนิดๆ มากกว่านัทตี้ ถ้าชงแบบใส (clear) รสเขียวจะออกชัดและไม่ค่อยถูกอะไรกลบ ดังนั้นถ้าเป็นสายมัทฉะแท้ที่ชอบ “เขียวชัด กลิ่นชาเด่น” จะสนุกกับ Wako มาก แต่ถ้าชงกับนม รสเขียวยังอยู่และสู้กับนมได้ระดับหนึ่ง (แต่ความเขียวก็ยังนำ) ส่วนตัวมองว่าเหมาะกับคนที่อยากได้รสมัทฉะชัดๆ ไม่หวาน และรับความขมนิดๆ ได้ 2) “มัทฉะแท้” ดูยังไงให้ใกล้เคียงที่สุด (สำหรับมือใหม่) เวลาซื้อมัทฉะกระป๋อง (tin) ฉันจะเช็กง่ายๆ 4 จุด: - กลิ่น: เปิดกระป๋องแล้วควรมีกลิ่นชา/นัทตี้/สาหร่ายแบบสด ไม่เหม็นหืนหรือกลิ่นเก่าฝุ่นๆ - สีผง: โดยทั่วไปมัทฉะเกรดดื่มจะเขียวสว่างกว่า (แต่สีอย่างเดียวไม่ฟันธง) - รสชาติ: มัทฉะแท้ที่ดีจะมีความอูมามิและกลม ไม่ฝาดโดดหรือขมแหลมจนเกินไป - การเก็บรักษา: ถ้าเก็บไม่ดี ต่อให้ของแท้ก็รสตกได้เร็ว 3) เลือก “แต่ละสูตร” ของ Marukyu Koyamaen ยังไง ถ้าในซีรีส์/หลายสูตรของ Marukyu Koyamaen โดยมากจะมีคาแรกเตอร์ต่างกัน เช่น บางตัวนัทตี้ครีมมี่ บางตัวเขียวหญ้าชัดแบบ Wako ดังนั้นให้เลือกจากเมนูที่คุณชงบ่อย: - ชงใส (clear): เลือกตัวที่หอมและกลม ไม่ขมแหลม จะดื่มง่าย - ชงนม/ลาเต้: เลือกตัวที่ “สู้กับนม” ได้ ไม่จาง และมีความขม/โทนชาให้พอจับได้ 4) ทริคชงให้รสดีขึ้น (ใช้ได้กับมัทฉะกระป๋องทุกแบรนด์) - ร่อนผงก่อนชง ลดการจับตัวเป็นเม็ด - ใช้น้ำอุณหภูมิไม่เดือด (ประมาณ 70–80°C) จะช่วยลดความขม/กลิ่นเขียวแหลม - อัตราส่วนเริ่มต้นที่ชอบใช้: 2 กรัมต่อน้ำ 60–80 มล. สำหรับชงใส หรือ 2 กรัมต่อนม 150–200 มล. สำหรับลาเต้ แล้วค่อยปรับตามความเข้มที่ชอบ หวังว่าโน้ตนี้จะช่วยให้ตัดสินใจเรื่อง Wako matcha และการเลือกมัทฉะกระป๋องได้ง่ายขึ้น ใครเป็นทีม “นัทตี้ครีมมี่” หรือทีม “เขียวชัดๆ” มาแชร์กันได้เลยค่ะ
