Ingredients:

- 2 lbs oxtails, smoked

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 bell pepper, chopped

- 2 cups red beans, soaked overnight

- 4 cups beef broth

- 1 tsp thyme

- 1 tsp paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste
