When I visited the Edge at Pan Pacific Singapore for their Surf & Turf Dinner Buffet, I was truly impressed by the quality and variety of the dishes. The slow roasted prime rib was tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the rosemary spring chicken and lamb T-bone. I especially enjoyed pairing the lobster meat with the spicy pasta, enhanced by an extra kick of chili, which added a delightful heat to the rich flavors. The seafood selection was outstanding, featuring fresh Queensland grouper en papillote and giant squid that were cooked to perfection. The premium fresh oysters and mentaiko scallops highlighted the ocean fresh aspect of the buffet. The attentive and friendly service added to the overall dining satisfaction, making the experience truly enjoyable. Don’t miss the dessert station, where the chocolate creations and chef’s signature cakes were as delicious as they looked. I also got to try some of the local delights like Nonya kueh, which offered a nice cultural touch to the spread. A unique feature that stood out was the inviting carving station, where the prime cuts were sliced freshly to order. It creates an engaging dining experience as you can pick your preferred portion size and cut. Plus, the option to pair your meal with a 2-hour free flow of Tiger Beer made it feel like a special treat. Overall, the Surf & Turf Dinner Buffet at Edge offers great value, especially with the inclusive soft drinks and the quality of dishes. Whether you’re a fan of seafood or prime meats, you’ll find something to delight your palate. It’s ideal for weekend dinners or special occasions, with a chic but welcoming atmosphere right in the heart of Singapore.
