Cheesy Ricotta and Beef Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
-1 Lb ground beef.
- 1 Box of jumbo shells pasta.
- 2 Jars of Raos Tomato Basil Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Sweet onion
- 1/2 Green bell pepper
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- 2 Cups finely shredded Italian cheese blend.
- 16oz Ricotta cheese.
-2 Cups parmesan Romano
- 1/2 Tsp oregano
- 1/2 Tsp minced garlic
- Onion powder, Garlic powder, Seasonal, Black pepper, Salt..
Instructions-
Preheat Oven - 350
Begin boiling pasta water ! ( add salt and a cap of olive oil).
Place ground beef into skillet and began to cook on medium heat.
Dice bell peppers and onions and combine with ground beef ,
Add the minced garlic and oregano to the ground beef and veggies.. also add listed seasonings to meat( I season with my heart) .
After meat is cooked transfer to a mixing bowl.
In the mixing bowl stir in 1 cup of Italian blend cheese , 1 cup of parmesan Romano, and 1egg with the meat until fully combined.
Now that you have your filling, line a large/ medium sized deep baking dish with a layer of tomato basil sauce.
You can now began stuffing the shells by spooning in the mixture or using a piping bag. ( I used a spoon) .
After your first pan is filled with your layer of shells, add the remainder of your sauce. ( Feel free to do another layer of shells, I only did one).
Lastly sprinkle the remaining cheese on top!
Bake for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!
