🥗 Philly Roll Salad (My Twist on the Viral California Roll Salad)

✨ Featuring Smoked Salmon + All Aldi Finds ✨

If you love a California Roll Salad, you’ll love her smoky cousin — creamy, crunchy, savory, and a little extra thanks to the addition of smoked salmon. Perfect as a light lunch or over jasmine rice for your fave grocery sushi bowl vibe.

🛒 Ingredients (all from Aldi)

(I don’t measure, but here’s a guide if you want them)

• 1 cup cucumber, chopped

• ½ cup red onion, finely diced

• 1 cup imitation crab, chopped

• 2–3 tbsp mayo

• 2–3 tbsp Alouette-style spreadable cheese (“Everything Bagel” flavor)

• ½ cup sweet tri-color peppers, chopped

• 1 tsp minced garlic

• 1–2 tbsp Japanese BBQ sauce

• 2 oz cream cheese, softened

• 2 oz smoked salmon, chopped

Toppings:

• Wonton salad crisps (Aldi)

• Aldi “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning

• Soy sauce, to taste

• Yum Yum sauce drizzle

Optional Base:
