I'm so done learning the hard ways of life...🤍
I swear this couldn't be more true. the other day saw my therapist, really I didn't know what to say towards him. I just know I'm tired of all of what I've been going through theses past few years. I'm burnt out from being broke mentally and physically. tired immensely tired from not ever feeling enough at times. I could rember a time where I had people rooting for me to do good in life now it all seems soooo pointless to even like why even care? you know what I mean. I truly believe people are so hard on themselves, but at same time its best too be that way. then again I'm ready to scream at the top of my lungs, cause why not!?! I feel life hasn't been easy for no one as of lately. but my trama: I've always felt like never good enough to hold a conversation or to basically assert myself as to why why God why am I feeling like such a burden, im so just done with life throwing me every single curve ball out there. I just wanna feel okay again and not feel such complete brokenness from the facts of not being married not feeling enough to get married they say high-school is hell. I freaking believe it... got nothing from going there except learning hard HARD lessons of life. I recently took a trip to rekindle my heart and feel okay again 💓 we took a morning trip up to kindred spirits, it was peaceful the kinda peace and respect you pay someone once they've passed on in life. I guess what it boils down to is... why me? why do I feel like a branded loser with the letter L in front of her forehead? people are supposed to be forgiving others and its supposed to be healing right?! I feel far from it. I feel so bitter towards life but then again do I really understand what makes me feel this way? I do really wish people understood me and accepted me for me. anyhow rants over I just wanted to know if anyone ever felt so completely broken what's the best solution????? rest pray repeat or just feeling completely numb to everything? or any other solutions would be helpful too? thank you🙏🙌💓
Learning life’s hardest lessons the tough way can leave anyone feeling overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted. It’s common to feel burnt out mentally and physically, overwhelmed by a sense of not being enough or carrying burdens that seem unfair. The phrase captured by the therapist in the image, "How would you say you learn best? ME-The fucking hard way," resonates deeply with many people who have faced repeated struggles without respite. When life continuously throws curveballs, it’s normal to question "why me?" and to feel lost, bitter, or even numb at times. This emotional state is a signal that healing and self-care are needed—not as a sign of weakness, but as a necessary step toward regaining balance. Understanding this can help transform feelings of brokenness into a journey of recovery and growth. One effective approach many find helpful is incorporating gentle routines of rest and mindfulness into their daily lives. Resting isn’t just physical but also involves giving your mind a break from constant worry or self-criticism. Prayer or meditation can serve as a way to center yourself, acknowledge your feelings, and build resilience through faith or personal reflection. Additionally, reaching out for community support, whether through trusted friends, support groups, or professionals, offers validation and lessens the isolation that sadness or burnout can cause. Feeling accepted for who you are—without judgment or pressure—plays a crucial role in rebuilding self-worth and emotional stability. It’s important to acknowledge the hard lessons learned from past experiences, such as the painful moments of high school or relationship struggles mentioned, but also to recognize that these do not define your entire story. Healing often means recognizing when to step back, setting boundaries that protect your well-being, and embracing self-compassion as a daily practice. For anyone feeling aligned with these emotions, remember it’s okay to scream, to ask for help, and to take the time you need to feel okay again. Life’s difficulties do not have to be endured alone nor forever—there are many pathways to healing, including therapy, creative expression, physical activity, or simply spending quiet moments in nature to rekindle your spirit. You are not alone in feeling this way, and with time and care, there can be peace beyond the pain.
