Hey Y’all !! My name is Empress. I’m new to Lemon8 🍋! I am a self published author. Ive written 4 books and recently my children’s book titled, “The Missing Queen Of Loctopia” has recently been published. My other books are a series. The first book of the series is Deception, Lies, & Betrayal. The second book is titled, Repent and the third is PTSD. I am working on book four of the series titled, Rivalry. This series takes place in the HOOD where brothers are now adults and the relationship between all three changes once they become older. Trey (the main character), gets arrested when his friend, Elliot frames him. In “Repent”, Elliot is humbled and is sent to prison. This is when Trey quietly plans to get revenge on his long time friend. Theodore, the other brother had played both sides so now, Trey doesn’t trust Theodore but oddly doesn’t seek revenge on him. Lastly in PTSD, everything comes back in FULL CIRCLE. Trey plans and attacks unexpectedly. Theodore’s love life is at risk when his ex gets involved with a tribe that is on the hunt for her so they harass him and everyone she’s connected to. The book finale, “Rivalry”… well! It’s coming soon. I’ll tell more once it gets closer to the date of it coming out. I am also coming out with a part 2 to my children’s book,
The Missing Queen Of Loctopia. It’ll be out next year some time. I’ve been writing for YEARS! Writing is a strong passion that I’ve had for years.
I do plan on turning my projects into audiobooks and short films. My goal is to work with Tyler Perry! I ABSOLUTELY would love the opportunity to write a movie right alongside with the goat himself 🐐He’s definitely an idol I look up to. He’s been such an inspiration on my journey as an self published author.
