Writing short stories on Lemon8

Tbh i do what I want. This MY PAGE. I got to wanting short stories because I mean for 1, I am an author. So yeah, it makes sense to show you a snippet of my writing style and what types of stories I write. It makes sense to do it that way.

Secondly, I’d never put my stories on wattpad because people love stealing stories. I believe it. Not too sure of how true it is but I believe it enough to not put the stories, I published or plan to publish on the page. I write all my stories. No ghost writers. Nooooooobody (keith sweats voice) is behind a.powells writing.

Thirdly for those that are leaving comments like “why is she writing stories on lemon8” etc etc. my question to you is WHY ARE YOU HERE? ON MY PAGE? 🤣GET TF …. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 you choose to scroll on content so why not scroll when you come across mine? People want acknowledgment because they don’t get it at home so they come on the internet seeking validation and some kind of attention. You will not get it here. Move around.

But other than that, those that enjoy my short stories, I’ll keep em coming. And for those that don’t, SYM & come off my page! 🥲

... Read moreWriting short stories on Lemon8 offers a fresh and authentic space for authors to connect directly with readers without the fear of content theft that some experience on larger platforms like Wattpad. For many writers, Lemon8 is not just about posting stories; it is about building a genuine community that appreciates originality and values the creative process. One key aspect that sets Lemon8 apart is its focus on personal content and user-generated stories where authors like A.Powell share snippets of their work to showcase their writing style and story preferences. This approach helps readers discover new voices and styles in storytelling while allowing authors to maintain full control over their creations without compromising on their artistic integrity. The concern around plagiarism is a significant reason why some writers prefer Lemon8. Unlike Wattpad, where stories are often subject to being copied or stolen, Lemon8's community encourages respect for original content, making it a safer environment for emerging and established authors alike to share their published or upcoming works. Moreover, Lemon8 also serves as a platform for creators to engage with audiences who genuinely appreciate their content without seeking superficial attention or validation. The platform empowers authors to filter out negativity and sustain their passion for storytelling with readers who truly value their work. Themes like #redditstories and #truestories tag content that often resonates deeply with audiences, mixing personal experience with fictional storytelling in ways that make stories relatable and impactful. This combination draws readers who are looking to escape into narratives that reflect real-life emotions and situations. For anyone passionate about writing or enjoying diverse short stories, Lemon8 is rapidly becoming a preferred alternative to traditional platforms. It values authenticity, fosters a supportive creative community, and respects the original work of its authors, making it a perfect choice for storytellers wanting to share their voice and grow their audience authentically.
