* Zoloft bc like Mary J. Blidge said "Its just those raint days..." depression/anxiety is real.

*Vitamin D once a week to help with mental health and a host of other things

*Pro&Prebiotics to help with womens health 🐈 as well as gut health.

* Vitamin B6 which also helps with mental health when you suffer from PMDD the girlys that get, get it!

Vitamin B12 bc fatigue from depression/PCOS and just life working the NOC shift can wear you down 😩

*Zepbound bc im on my weightloss journey! Ive only been a Zep girly for a month and down 11.6 pounds...

Here’s a couple finds I wanted to share with comparisons. I’ve noticed sometimes other retailers will carry either the same EXACT item or super similar item for a low quantity count. I find these details to be important. I rather pay maybe “$0.25” more for a for more quantity vs just saving a few
