Finding God through fitness

God has been convicting me lately of how connected the body, mind and spirit are. I'm not coming from a new age perspective, l'm coming from a Godly and Biblical perspective. I can hear the Holy Spirit so clearly when I move my body. Gods convictions come on strongest when I'm lifting.

Connecting with God isn't just about reading his word, yes that's very important, but being obedient by taking care of your body is as well.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
