3 months ago I felt convicted to get back in the gym and start paying closer attention to what I was consuming, both food and mentally. During this time God completely transformed my mind and the way that I looked at exercise. It is my job as a disciple to take care of my temple and to honor him in that way. I cannot fully be the women God has called me to be if I do not take care of my body, my mind, and my spirit.
