เผื่อใครกำลังหา “ร้านอาป๋าทะเลเผา & หมูกะทะ สาขาจอมเทียน” หรืออยากดูฟีล/รูปภาพว่าหน้าร้านกับไลน์อาหารเป็นยังไง เราขอสรุปแบบเล่าจากที่ไปจริงให้เห็นภาพมากขึ้นนะ (จะได้ตัดสินใจก่อนไป) อย่างแรกคือหน้าร้านสังเกตง่ายมาก เพราะมีป้ายใหญ่ “อาป๋า ทะเลเผา บุฟเฟต์” พร้อมสโลแกนร้านทะเลเผาที่จริงใจ ตัวร้านค่อนข้างกว้าง มีโซนโต๊ะเยอะ เหมาะกับมากันเป็นกลุ่ม ครอบครัว หรือมากับเพื่อนหลายคนแล้วอยากนั่งยาว ๆ ไลน์อาหารที่คนชอบถ่ายรูปกัน (รวมถึงเรา) จะเป็นมุมซีฟู้ดที่วางบนถังน้ำแข็งแบบจัดเต็ม เห็นวัตถุดิบชัด ๆ ว่าสดจริง ไม่ได้แอบหลบไว้หลังครัว เราเจอพวกหอยนางรม หอยแครง และซีฟู้ดอื่น ๆ เรียงเป็นระเบียบ ข้อดีคือเลือกง่ายและรู้เลยว่ามีอะไรบ้างในรอบนั้น ส่วนสายยำก็มีวัตถุดิบเตรียมไว้เป็นถาด ๆ เช่น กุ้ง หมึก หอยแครง คลุมพลาสติกใสสะอาดดี เวลาคนเยอะก็ยังหยิบสะดวก โซนหมูกะทะก็คืออีกมุมที่คึกคักตลอด มีถาดหมูหมักให้คีบเอง เหมาะกับคนที่อยากบาลานซ์ ไม่กินทะเลอย่างเดียว แล้วพอเอาขึ้นเตา กลิ่นหอมมาก ยิ่งถ้าได้ย่างปู/ซีฟู้ดบนเตาถ่านจะยิ่งฟิน เพราะเตาร้อนเร็ว ไม่ต้องนั่งรอนาน (จุดนี้เป็นเหตุผลที่หลายคนชอบถ่ายรูปตอนอาหารกำลังย่างอยู่บนเตา เพราะมันดูน่ากินสุด ๆ) ถ้าโฟกัสเรื่อง “คุ้มไหม” สำหรับเราคุ้มตรงที่ไม่ได้มีแค่ทะเลเผา แต่มีซุ้มอื่นให้วนกินได้เรื่อย ๆ เช่น ซุ้มยำรสจัด ซุ้มอาหารอีสาน (ส้มตำ ลาบ น้ำตก) และยังมีแนวของทานเล่น/ของคาวอื่น ๆ ให้สลับกัน รวมถึงของหวานและผลไม้ไว้ปิดท้าย ทำให้มื้อนี้ไม่เลี่ยน ทริคเล็ก ๆ ถ้าไปครั้งแรก: แนะนำเริ่มจากซีฟู้ดที่อยากกินที่สุดก่อน (กุ้ง/หมึก/หอยแครง) แล้วค่อยไปเก็บซุ้มยำกับของทอด-ของทานเล่น ปิดท้ายด้วยผลไม้หรือของหวาน จะอิ่มแบบพอดีและได้ชิมหลายอย่างที่สุด
