Listening to encouraging messages before making a decision to quit can shift perspective, providing renewed energy and hope. Incorporating daily affirmations focused on faith and strength can be a practical method to combat feelings of discouragement. These affirmations help build resilience, reminding us that challenges are temporary and that growth is ongoing.  Sharing these experiences with a supportive community or through personal journaling has helped many stay accountable and motivated.
