I have found the CUTEST 🍰CAKES IN JB!!
They were honestly too cute to eat at first glance, the kind of desserts that make you hesitate before the first slice. But curiosity won in the end, so we tried a few of their animal-shaped cakes in JB to see if they’re just pretty, or actually worth it.
🐑SHEEP [RM 25.90] - 3.5/5
Earl grey tea mousse with mango and black tea sponge.
Very cute presentation with light, fluffy mousse layers. The mango centre was refreshing and stood out the most. However, the black tea and earl grey flavours were quite strong and slightly bitter, which overpowered the mango and left a heavier aftertaste than expected
🦛HIPPO [RM 25.90] - 4.5/5
Sweet potato mousse, roasted sweet potato cream cheese, almond sponge.
The sweet potato flavour was rich, starchy, and almost chestnut-like, pairing really well with the cream cheese. It created a sweet-savoury balance that felt unique and satisfying, though slightly heavy after a few bites.

Blueberry mousse with cheesecake.
Simple but the most well-executed. Classic blueberry cheesecake flavour with a good balance of tart blueberries and creamy cheesecake. Light, fluffy mousse texture with a refreshing finish.

Passionfruit mousse with pineapple and cheese.
Bright, fruity, and very refreshing. The pineapple and passionfruit brought strong sour notes that cut through the heavier cakes well. The cheese added a mild creamy balance, making it lighter and easier to eat overall but a bit too sour for my liking.

Cant really say much as not matcha drinkers but there was a mild matcha taste to it
