For the fries:

2-3 medium russet potatoes, cut into thin fries

Avocado oil spray

Cooking instructions:

Air fry at 400°F FOR 12-15 mins shake every 5 mins.

For the sticky chicken:

1.5 lbs ground chicken

Salt & Pepper, to taste 1 tsp garlic powder Avocado oil, spray
