Vermont 📍✨
My boyfriend and I went to Vermont this summer, I completely fell in love! We spent a week in Vermont and had the most relaxing time. Everyone there was so sweet. I literally had a conversation with like six people inside of a store just talking about a random bug I found in my bathroom LOL! For food in the summertime at least near Manchester there wasn’t a big selection. But we found someplace called Big Pops Sanwiches and they were out of this world. I got a patty melt and I regret not getting one for the way home. They had so many farms and farm stands! I would always make my boyfriend stop at this one every time we pass it, even though I knew they had the same things as the day before. The scenery there is absolutely breathtaking. There are so many cool spots like we found this watering hole that was just so calm and relaxing. They also have the craziest bugs so if you are not a bug person you may freak out. There were so many moths our first night and it was crazy because they were all completely different colors. We also got to see a lunar moth, which was so cool. Another fun thing that happened was a little bear came up to the house, just ate some flowers and walked away. I was sitting outside when I noticed him walking up the hill and I silently called my boyfriend and we watched him from the porch. You will see so much wildlife. It’s amazing. Also as a New Yorker who hates the humidity in the summer, Vermont had little to no humidity. It was AMAZING! I totally recommend it you’re looking for a relaxing low-key getaway in the summertime. I hope to go back though sometime in the winter!
