My Go-To Meal Prep 💪🏼 FAST >> 1 Hour Cook Time

This meal is my favorite when I’m looking for something fast, tasty, and reliable! This recipe comes out soo delicious every time.🤤

Prep Time: 30 mins

Resting Time: 10 mins

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

• 8 Chicken Thighs

• 1 1/2 tsp Dried Basil

• 11/2 tsp Garlic Powder

• 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

• 2 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar

• 1 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Preparation Tips:

• For the chicken thighs, I personally prefer to use boneless & skinless but you can use bone-in as well ! (Just remember that bone-in will require longer cook time)

• Cooking oil - I use olive oil, but you can substitute this for whichever you prefer.

• PRO TIP !! After you finish cooking the chicken, let it rest before slicing. This is the best way to ensure your chicken is nice and juicy!

• Once fully cooled, store in an airtight container and it is good in the fridge for up to 4 day.
