Angels’ Blood by Nalini Singh

I love rereading favorite books and falling for the characters and story all over again. That’s exactly how I felt with ‘Angels’ Blood’ by Nalini Singh, especially with the final Guild Hunter book coming out in May 2026. This was my fourth time rereading this book, and it won’t be my last.

I’m not ready to say goodbye to this series. The characters feel like family, and I know I’ll be sad when I read the last book.

Raphael, Elena, Dimitri, Bluebell, Sparkle, Venom, and everyone else—I’m really going to miss them!

Do you ever reread your favorite books?

I do it all the time, even with a long TBR of books waiting.

You can find my full review of ‘Angels’ Blood’ on my Blog, Goodreads, StoryGraph, and Fable.

... Read moreRereading a beloved book like 'Angels’ Blood' by Nalini Singh truly feels like reconnecting with old friends. Each time I dive back into the vivid world of archangels, hunters, and vampires, I discover something new—a detail I missed, a foreshadowing hinted at, or a character’s nuance that deepens the story. What makes 'Angels’ Blood' stand out is its unique blend of urban fantasy and paranormal romance, intensively woven with richly developed characters and a gripping narrative. The dynamic between the possessive Archangel Raphael and the strong-willed hunter Elena is charged with tension, passion, and danger, which keeps readers hooked. The forbidden romance theme, along with the alpha hero traits and a kickbutt heroine, deliver exactly what fans of these genres love. Nalini Singh’s writing brings to life a world where every character—from Dimitri and Bluebell to Sparkle and Venom—plays a vital role in the emotional depth and plot complexity. The stakes feel incredibly real, especially with quotes like Elena’s fierce warnings about protecting her love echoing throughout the series. For readers who enjoy immersive storytelling that balances action, romance, and supernatural intrigue, the Guild Hunter series offers a unique experience. Personally, rereading this book multiple times has enhanced my appreciation for the author’s ability to craft a world where danger and desire collide, making it impossible to put the book down. If you find yourself with a pile of unread books but still pick up 'Angels’ Blood' again, it speaks to the book’s timeless appeal. It’s the kind of story that resonates emotionally and keeps you eagerly anticipating each new installment in the Guild Hunter series, especially with the final book coming soon in 2026. Whether you’re a fan of urban fantasy or paranormal romance, this book is absolutely worth revisiting and sharing with fellow readers.
