Dreams Come True 🫶🏾
Rarely here but wanted to share. Met my girl, THE Grammy award winning, Kehlani! She's been apart of my healing journey and this was everything 🥹❤️🔥. #Kehlani #healingjourney🧘🏾♀️ #healingforblackgirls #wlw 🍯
Meeting someone who inspires and supports you can profoundly impact your healing and personal growth. My encounter with Kehlani, who has not only achieved incredible success in music but also advocates for self-love and mental wellness, reinforced the importance of surrounding yourself with positive influences. Healing journeys are often unique and multifaceted. For me, embracing vulnerability and sharing my story publicly helped break down barriers and foster a sense of community. Kehlani’s music and presence have been a source of comfort, especially as someone navigating healing with my identity as a Black woman and part of the wlw community. It reminded me that healing is not linear—there are ups and downs—but having role models who reflect your experience can be incredibly empowering. Incorporating holistic practices such as meditation, journaling, and support groups dedicated to healing for Black girls strengthened my resilience. It’s important to find spaces where you feel seen and understood. This encounter made me realize how much representation matters in healing spaces and in the spotlight alike. For anyone on a similar path, I recommend actively seeking out artists, communities, and tools that resonate with your own story. Whether it’s through music, therapy, or meaningful conversations, these elements create a foundation for sustained healing and self-discovery. Meeting someone like Kehlani wasn’t just a dream come true—it was a reminder of the transformative power of connection in our journeys toward wholeness.
