My At-Home Heel Pain Recovery Story✨
My At-Home Heel Pain Recovery Story✨: My First Step in the Morning Finally Doesn’t Hurt Anymore!
Every morning, the first thing I did after opening my eyes wasn’t checking my phone — it was sitting on the edge of the bed and testing whether my heel would hurt that day. 🙏🏻
The moment my foot touched the ground, it felt like stepping on a nail. I had to hold onto the side of the bed and shuffle a few steps before I could walk normally. 😞That was my daily life when heel pain had me stuck. ⭕
Now that I can finally take that first step without pain, I feel ready to look back on the whole experience.✊🏻
I bought foot soak packs, and I even followed videos showing how to roll my foot on a tennis ball. ⭕
It felt warm and comforting while I was doing it, but the next morning, the pain was still there. I also changed insoles several times. 💫I spent plenty of money, but my heel never truly felt better.😷
Later, a friend of mine who runs often gave me a few Huayilang Patch and said she also uses them when the bottom of her foot feels uncomfortable. 🥰By that point, I had already tried a lot of things, so I didn’t expect too much. I just thought I’d wear one at night and see what happened.🙏🏻
After putting the first patch on, that tight, stabbing pain in my heel slowly started to ease up. 🤗
When I put my foot down again, I didn’t feel as nervous as before.💖 Walking felt like there was a steady layer of protection under my heel, so every step didn’t feel like I was landing directly on pain.😆
After using it for a few days, I no longer had to hold onto the bed to test that first morning step. ✊🏻After about a week, I could go out and walk for more than half an hour without much soreness or swelling. ☺️
By the second week, I spent a whole afternoon walking around in flat shoes, and when I got home, my heel still didn’t flare up again.💗
Now I can get out of bed and step straight onto the floor. 🎉
I don’t have to calculate how far I’ll be able to walk before going grocery shopping or taking a walk.💫 Being able to walk normally really is such a blessing. 💕
That feeling of being controlled by the first step of the day is finally gone.✅
Even after my heel got better, I still put away the pairs of shoes with soles that were too hard. I also increase my walking and exercise little by little instead of suddenly overdoing it. 🙏🏻
If your heel is red, swollen, hot, or you can’t put weight on it after an injury, don’t force yourself to tough it out based on someone else’s experience. ✨
I hope everyone can take their first step every morning feeling steady and comfortable.💖
