2-week tennis elbow recovery log!🎉

My elbow finally doesn’t hurt! 2-week tennis elbow recovery log!🎉

When my elbow is resting flat, it only feels sore. But the moment I clench my hand or rotate my wrist, the outer side feels like it’s being poked by something sharp. 😖

Sometimes when lifting an object just off the table, my arm suddenly loses strength.😔 Because I kept trying to check if it had healed, I repeatedly straightened my arm to test it, and the more I tested, the tighter it felt.🙁

At its worst, I could barely hold a cup of water. ‼️That sudden loss of strength in my elbow really startled me—the pain was very abrupt...

Once, while lifting a bag, my arm suddenly gave out, and a friend standing next to me caught it. 🤭He said he had tennis elbow before too, and recovered after using Huayilang patch💖, and he sent me the product name. That same day, I ordered two boxes on Amazon.💫

After the first night of use, about ten minutes in, the sharp pain focused at one point on the outside of my elbow started to spread out, and my whole arm didn’t feel as tight as before.☺️

The next day, when holding a cup, my hand didn’t suddenly drop anymore, and the soreness was noticeably reduced.💗

Also, wearing it didn’t affect normal work or daily life.😆

By day 5 of use, normal gripping and light force were basically pain-free;✊🏻 bending/straightening my arm and opening doors felt smooth.🤗

After two weeks of use, I could lift things, twist, and hold cups continuously without any discomfort at all. 🥰The pain point on the outside of the elbow completely disappeared.☺️

Yesterday I played two hours of competitive badminton, and today I have no discomfort at all. 💕It really seems fully recovered!🎉

Wishing everyone a speedy recovery~✨

... Read moreRecovering from tennis elbow can be challenging, as I experienced firsthand during my 2-week healing journey. One thing I learned is how important it is to listen to your body and avoid movements that aggravate the pain, such as clenching your fist or twisting your wrist. Initially, even simple tasks like holding a cup felt impossible and painful due to sudden muscle weakness and sharp sensations on the outer elbow. One pivotal moment in my recovery was when a friend recommended the Huayilang patch, a product that helped him overcome similar symptoms. Using the patch consistently every night made a noticeable difference by the next day. The sharp pain began to diffuse from a pinpoint to a more manageable soreness, and gradually my arm felt less tight. This product became a key part of my routine without interfering with my work or daily tasks, which is important for anyone managing tennis elbow while continuing regular activities. By the fifth day, I could engage in normal gripping and light force tasks almost pain-free. This steady progress was encouraging and motivated me to keep using the patch alongside gentle stretching. It’s essential to avoid over-testing or straining the injured arm early on, as I found that too much movement initially increased tightness. Instead, easing into activity with proper support and rest made a huge difference. After two weeks, activities that once triggered discomfort—lifting, twisting, and continuously holding items—became manageable and pain-free. The complete disappearance of the localized pain on the outer elbow confirmed a solid recovery. Most rewarding was being able to play two hours of competitive badminton without lingering discomfort the next day. For others dealing with tennis elbow, I recommend considering supportive treatments like the Huayilang patch, combined with patience and mindful arm usage. Everyone's recovery timeline varies, but embracing a gradual, consistent approach and using products that reduce inflammation and improve circulation can speed up healing. Remember, full recovery means you can enjoy your favorite activities again, pain-free.

Don't Lift Too Heavy... It's Not Worth It!
I know this is a controversial view. But I strongly advise against lifting heavier than bodyweight. Risk of injury goes up, and who cares in 30 years if your personal best is 100kgs vs 60kgs. It's not worth the risk. #deadlift #squats #deadlifting #benchpress #physioleslie
