01. it gives you a little daily purpose – watering, checking on new leaves… it’s a small routine that feels grounding and gives my brain something to focus on.

02. it’s a break from the noise – when you're tending to your plants, you're not doom-scrolling or overthinking. it's a quiet moment where you're just being, not doing 50 things at once.

03. watching them thrive feels like a win – seeing a new leaf perk back up is so satisfying. it’s a subtle reminder that care and patience pay off, for them and for you
