Some fallout armor we made for the TV shoow

Working on the Fallout armor was an incredible experience that blended creativity with craftsmanship. I was fascinated by the challenge of replicating the power armor look from the game in a form suitable for filming stunt scenes. The materials had to be lightweight yet durable, and the design needed to allow for mobility and safety on set. One thing I learned was how to repurpose elements similar to those used in Fallout 4 cosplay, like creating helmets and armor plates that look authentic but are practical. The process involved shaping metal and plastic components, often using steel nails or form stakes for structural support—techniques I picked up from various cosplay communities. Wearing the finished armor was both thrilling and surprisingly comfortable given how bulky it appeared. It was fun to move around and even dance a little, capturing the vibe of the game’s wasteland warriors. For anyone interested in cosplay or prop making, I'd say focusing on both aesthetic detail and functionality is key.
