Typically I like to structure my shoulder workouts by starting with one heavy lift(incline DB, incline smith, military press, etc) to get the shoulders warmed up, then follow with 2 front delt exercises, 2 side delt and 2 rear delt to ensure that the full shoulder is getting targeted. #gym #
