According to a report by the website, Hackread mentioned a research team from Cyfirma, an expert cybermonitoring firm, that has detected changes in hackers who have started moving their main offices from originally living in an underground internet network like the Dark Web with a cumbersome access method due to the use of specialized web browsers such as Tor and the need for a fair amount of knowledge, as well as the focus of cybercrime investigation agencies, leading to their eventual arrest.
