Baby Squirrel Rescue
It got really windy today. So windy, a squirrel nest fell out of a tree in my yard. Mama squirrel ran off with one of the babies, but these three were scattered around the yard. A couple were crying for her, and one was bleeding a little. I snuggled them up in an old pillow case under a small tree to keep them warm, because Mama wouldn't take them back if they were too cold and therefore presumed dead. I went inside for dinner and when I came back, she had picked them up and gotten them somewhere safe. Go Mama squirrel! #rescuedbabysquirrels #babysquirrel
