they work believe me my hair is thick anyways I had a hard time growing it out because my hair would fall out. I found these organic my hair was nice and long I took them for six months and my hair was down past my back not to mention my nails was growing and very hard something I never had. all the vitamins in them are great but the sugar is not couldn't figure out why my sugar levels was so high well it was the them plus I had sugar issues anyways wasn't thinking. Doctor told me to stop taking them 😒 😭 I still have sugar issues till this day. loved them yes but not good for diabetics.
