เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ช “ข้าวซอยไก่ใกล้ฉัน” แล้วอยากได้ทริคเลือกให้ไม่พลาด (โดยเฉพาะแถวพัทยาเหนือ) เราขอแชร์จากประสบการณ์ที่ไปกินโอโนะข้าวซอยมาแบบเน้นๆ ค่ะ 1) เช็ก “น้ำแกง” ก่อนเลยว่าถูกจริตไหม สำหรับเราข้าวซอยที่อร่อยต้องหอมเครื่องแกงและกะทิพอดีๆ ไม่จืดและไม่เลี่ยน ของร้านนี้น้ำแกงเข้มข้นมาก แนวกลมกล่อมแบบไม่ต้องเติมอะไรเพิ่ม แต่ถ้าใครชอบจัดขึ้น แนะนำให้บีบมะนาวเพิ่มนิดนึงแล้วตัดเลี่ยนได้ดีมาก 2) เส้นกรอบ + เส้นนุ่ม ต้องบาลานซ์ หลายร้านเส้นกรอบให้น้อยจนเหมือนเป็นท็อปปิ้งนิดเดียว แต่ที่นี่เส้นกรอบให้แบบไม่หวง กินคู่เส้นนุ่มแล้วได้ทั้งความกรุบและความละมุนในคำเดียว ทริคของเราคือค่อยๆ ใส่เส้นกรอบทีละนิด จะได้กรอบตลอดชาม ไม่อืดเร็ว 3) ไก่นุ่มคือสัญญาณของ “ตุ๋นถึง” ข้าวซอยไก่ที่เราชอบ ไก่ต้องเปื่อยนุ่ม กัดแล้วหลุดจากกระดูกง่ายๆ ของร้านนี้ทำได้ดีมาก เหมาะกับคนที่ไม่อยากเคี้ยวเหนื่อย หรือพาผู้ใหญ่ไปกินก็โอเค 4) ของกินเล่น/เมนูเหนืออื่นๆ ที่น่าลองคู่กัน ถ้าไปหลายคน เราว่าลองสั่งเมนูเหนือเพิ่มจะคุ้มกว่า เช่น ขนมจีนน้ำเงี้ยว หรือพริกลาบเหนือสูตรทำเองของร้าน แล้วสั่งแคบหมูมากินแนม จะช่วยเพิ่มเท็กซ์เจอร์และทำให้มื้อสนุกขึ้น (บางคนชอบเติมน้ำซุปข้าวซอยเพิ่มด้วยนะ) 5) ไปช่วงไหนดี ไม่อยากรอนาน จากที่เราเจอ ช่วงเที่ยงคนเยอะจริงค่ะ ถ้าอยากกินแบบสบายๆ แนะนำเลี่ยงเที่ยงตรง ไปก่อนเที่ยงนิดหรือบ่ายหน่อย จะได้ไม่ต้องรอคิวและมีเวลานั่งกินชิลๆ สรุปสำหรับคนที่หา “ข้าวซอยไก่ใกล้ฉัน” ในโซนพัทยาเหนือ: ถ้าชอบน้ำแกงเข้มข้น เส้นกรอบเยอะ ไก่นุ่ม และอยากได้รสแบบไม่ต้องปรุงเพิ่ม ร้านนี้ตอบโจทย์มากค่ะ
