Give it up: Accept that "today we lost." The market didn't get away. Tomorrow will come back.
Turn off the screen immediately: Go out and find something delicious to eat, exercise, or sleep in a movie, cut the stress cycle.
Make a mistake (the next day): Wait for the mood to cool down, and then come back and see, "Where did we miss?"

จากประสบการณ์จริงของผมในการเทรดทอง (XAUUSD) หลายครั้งที่เมื่อขาดทุนติดต่อกัน ความรู้สึกอยากเอาคืนก็มักจะเข้ามาครอบงำ ส่งผลให้เกิดการ Overtrade และขาดแผนการเทรดอย่างชัดเจน ผมเคยเจอสถานการณ์ที่พอร์ตแทบแตกในคืนเดียว เพราะพยายามเข้าออเดอร์มั่วๆ โดยหวังว่าตลาดจะพลิกกลับเร็วๆ ซึ่งสุดท้ายก็เสียหนักกว่าเดิม การเรียนรู้และยอมรับว่าการขาดทุนเป็นเรื่องปกติในตลาดการลงทุนเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ผมแนะนำให้เมื่อรู้ตัวว่าเริ่มหัวร้อนหรืออยากแก้มือ ควรวางมือจากหน้าจอทันที ไปทำกิจกรรมที่ช่วยผ่อนคลายอย่างการออกกำลังกาย หรือหาอะไรอร่อยๆ กิน เพื่อช่วยตัดวงจรความเครียดและปรับสภาพจิตใจ ไม่ควรเทรดต่อโดยไม่มีความพร้อม เมื่อผ่านช่วงอารมณ์ร้อน ให้กลับมาทบทวนการเทรดในวันถัดไป หาจุดที่ผิดพลาด เช่น ลักษณะการเข้าออเดอร์แบบไม่มีแผน หรือไม่ตั้ง Stop Loss ซึ่งจะช่วยให้พัฒนากลยุทธ์และ mindset การเงินไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น สิ่งที่สำคัญคือยึดมั่นในหลัก “รักษาเงินต้นไว้ให้ได้” ไม่ใช่การชนะทุกวัน เพราะการรักษาพอร์ตคือกุญแจสำคัญสู่ความสำเร็จระยะยาว นอกจากนี้ใช้เครื่องมือช่วยจัดการความเสี่ยงอย่าง Stop Loss และกำหนดขนาดล็อตให้เหมาะสมกับพอร์ตตลอดเวลา สุดท้าย ผมเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกคนคนที่กำลังเจอสถานการณ์นี้ พักหายใจลึกๆ แล้วค่อยมาลุยใหม่อย่างมีสติ ความรู้ที่ถูกต้องและการฝึกฝนต่อเนื่องจะช่วยให้คุณเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองและสร้างพอร์ตที่มั่นคงได้ในระยะยาว
